Order
- Orders are processed within 1 business day from the time they are placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM PST are eligible for same-day fulfillment. Orders placed after this time will be processed and shipped the following business day.
- Shipping transit times are separate from processing times and may vary based on your selected shipping method at checkout and delivery location. Average shipping time is 3-7 days after order has been processed.
- Please note that expedited shipping applies after processing and does not shorten the processing period.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Requests for order cancellations or address changes may be accommodated only prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel the shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, ODNE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. Any delivery issues that occur after shipment must be addressed directly with the carrier.

SHIPPING
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. For any international inquiries, please contact info@odne.fashion.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 PM PST may be eligible for same-day fulfillment. Orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing on the following business day.
Please allow 1 business day for processing from the time your order is placed. For example, if an order is placed at 2 PM PST, it will typically ship the following business day.
We currently offer the following shipping options at checkout:
Economy Shipping
5–8 business days — $10.00
Standard Shipping
3–5 business days — $13.50
2-Day Shipping
2 business days — $20.00
Please note that 2-Day Shipping is not available for PO boxes.

RETURNS
ODNE offers a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Returns Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and protective materials must be attached
- Items returned in worn, damaged, or altered condition may not be accepted
Returns Processing Time:
Returns are processed within 48 hours of being received at our warehouse.
- The return instructions is requested after 14 days from delivery
- The items are returned without prior approval
- Tags are missing
- The items are not in its original condition
The items are marked Final Sale
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please return your original purchase in accordance with our return policy and place a new order through our website.
