These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of odne.fashion (the “Site”) and any purchase made through the Site. The Site is operated by Odne LLC (“Odne,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) located in Los Angeles, California. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

We may cancel or refuse orders if information is incomplete, inaccurate, or appears fraudulent.

5) Products, Descriptions & Colors

All products are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time without notice.

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible; however, actual colors may vary depending on your device or screen settings.

We may correct errors (including pricing, descriptions, or availability) at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

6) Pricing, Payment & Promotions

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices and modify or end promotions at any time. We may limit quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order (including orders placed using the same account, billing address, shipping address, or payment method).

By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

7) Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including due to inventory limitations, suspected fraud, or errors.

An order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

8) Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased on the Site pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

9) Returns & Exchanges

10) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, product photography, and other materials—is owned by Odne or licensed to Odne and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.

11) Feedback & Submissions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you agree that we may use them without restriction or compensation, and you represent that your submission does not violate any third-party rights.

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content and services made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odne disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odne will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Odne and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

15) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.

16) Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and policies referenced herein form the entire agreement between you and Odne regarding the Site.
